Cancellation & Transfer Policy

 

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we've created this policy to honor both your needs and our commitment to creating serene space for all attendees.

 

More than 60 days before your retreat: You may transfer your reservation to any available retreat within one year of your original date. A transfer fee of $100 per person applies, plus any difference in pricing based on your new retreat date and room selection.

 

31-60 days before your retreat: Transfers are no longer available. Your payment will be held as a credit toward a future retreat within one year, minus a $250 per person administrative fee.

 

Within 30 days of your retreat: All payments become non-refundable and non-transferable. We've prepared your space with intention, and our capacity to fill it becomes limited this close to the retreat date.

 

Participation: This is an all-inclusive experience designed to unfold over the complete retreat. We're unable to offer refunds or credits for late arrivals, early departures, or partial participation.

 

We encourage you to consider travel insurance for unexpected circumstances beyond your control.
